Journalled on Monday, 27th of March 2023 | Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro: 29 degrees, hot, sunny, and slightly stormy.
It is Monday, the first working day of the week.
A quick workout in the morning due to time constraints, as the first class is at 7 a.m. The day’s forecast is a lot of classes, study, and calm. The classes are obviously for work and money. If I don’t work, I won’t have money to pay my bills. I study because without it, I will not be able to move on or move ahead.
The question is to study what is right for you at this specific moment to take you to something greater. There is also a balance between studying and how long you should study, and between when that new knowledge must be converted from potential into action and realisation.
It could be days, months, or years, but only you know when to make the change. Change also comes with self-awareness, which begins with humility. It is essential to see who we really are, where we are, and what we could become.
Humility is vital to our personal growth because without it, it is hard to pursue natural, sustainable value. We must also value ourselves for who we are and what we represent.
I have a lot to offer others and society in many ways and forms. However, I also find it challenging to value myself as I should. If I don’t, who will? People see us as we see ourselves from the inside out.
We vibrate, and we pick up what we feel about ourselves and the people who come into contact with us, both consciously and unconsciously. We are what we are from the inside, not necessarily from the outside. Appearances are important, and social media is inverting some principles of attraction, but the predominant law of us dictates it today.
And calm with calm, I can think, create, and mentally build and realise my future and the future of people close and essential to me.
Calm is key to building the blocks that lay the foundation for the future. Calm gives us the mental power to realise our future goals. No doubt, what a powerful combination!
Work is being productive, and studying is being creative and practical. Humility is the open door to let everything in. Calm is the foundation of everything we plant, and exercise is the trigger. Rest is not easy without a healthy body and mind.
In bed by 8:30 p.m.
